TEXceeded Expectations

As the Axiom team; CEO, Felipe Alvarez, SVP of Sales John Trodden Jr, and VP of Operations Patti Paulo., filed into the Cipriani Wall Street on June 22nd for Telecom Exchange NYC, they were pleasantly surprised by the immediate energy they felt walking into the room. The floor was abuzz with colleagues and friends networking and sharing insight.

Aside from exhibiting and sponsoring this year’s event (we hope you enjoyed those Axiom gift bags!), the team was most excited to hear Felipe speak on the CEO Roundtable entitled, “What Tech Companies Need from Their Telecom Partners.” Which also included panelists, David Meredith, SVP Global Colocation Services, CenturyLink; Frank Rey, Director Global Network Acquisition, Microsoft; and Mark Hurley, Data Center Solution Architect, Schneider Electric.  This was a great round table, showing esseRT5ntially the true pathway of a delivery of service to the customer, from the datacenter equipment provider, to the datacenter provider, to the telecom infrastructure provider, and finally the End Customer.  The different perspectives provided, were embraced by the audience, as well as by each of the panelists.

“At this stage for Axiom, we are really focused on leveraging and solidifying those essential partnerships that will not only help our customers but our partner’s customers,” said CEO, Felipe Alvarez. “For that reason alone, we knew this show would be a critical one for us to attend.”

As the day went on our team enjoyed walking the floor, making new connections and taking turns holding down their exhibitor booth. Telecom Exchange brought in well over 500 tech and telecom professionals, allowing for great number of potential partners to network with..

FelipeStay tuned for Felipe’s video interviews with JSA TV and TMCnet as he dives into the topic of New York City’s need for dark fiber as well as the release of his CEO Roundtable which explains the major need for convergence of the technology and telecom industries. These are discussions you will not want to miss!
